These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Euchre Card Game Classic mobile application (the "App"), operated by ACFFG LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own entertainment on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.

The App may offer optional in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple Account.
The free version of the App is supported by advertising, including optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads. Ad content is provided by third-party ad networks and is not endorsed by us.
The App, including its software, graphics, design, logos, and content, is owned by ACFFG LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The App is a single-player entertainment card game. It does not offer real-money gambling, prizes, or any opportunity to win money or items of value.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACFFG LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars (US$50), whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 8, 9, and 12) will survive.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
These Terms are between you and ACFFG LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
